  I had a very positive experience with the staff at Auction Direct. The impression I received was that it was a small place making authentic efforts to make a good impression. I dealt mostly with Jerell Parker, who has a very contagious enthusiasm for cars. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered by the relevant people, getting back to me, following up on his commitments, and making the whole car buying experience enjoyable. This is notable as it is usually quite a stressful process. I feel that a lot of efforts were made by the whole team to make sure I was happy, and this is, in my opinion, what counts the most.
